Civil War Marker at Little Rock

If you are a history geek, this civil war marker will fascinate you. The marker’s location indicates where the Steele’s army made their way into little rock. The army entered on the 11th of September in 1863.

The army came with the 3rd Minnesota Regiment. And the troops crossed the river through the pontoon bridge. Today the bridge is the approximate location of the Main Street Bridge.

Vogel Schwartz Sculpture Garden

You can find the Vogel Schwartz Sculpture Garden at the west end of the Riverfront Park. The garden comprises natural walkways and terraces along the Arkansas River. Ripples of eddies and walkways intersect over 80 dynamic sculptures.

The garden adds a collection of awe-inspiring sculptures in Riverfront park. And you will also find 24 different works outside the sculpture garden.
